I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington and hold a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. My practice is informed by Jungian and depth psychologies, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, somatic and body-based therapies as well as a deeply held belief in the power of creativity.
